Floating cover

AWTT designs and manufactures quality, "bird proof", floating covers for the water and wastewater treatment industry. We only use proven components which have been field tested for over 50 years. Armor Balls and Hexa Tiles are corrosion resistant, leak resistant, UV resistant and come with a 10 years warranty.





Our Armor Balls cover provides a cost efficient way of covering problematic bodies of water. Due to the ease of installation and nonexistent maintenance, our covers can be installed in remote places. The balls self arrange themselves to cover up to 91% of the surface area, providing heat retention, reduced evaporation, decreased photosynthesis and also provide a very effective deterrent to waterfowl. Unlike most covers, the Armor Ball cover allows for mechanical parts to pass through the liquid, which makes it a perfect suit anywhere products or equipment is regularly used in the pond or in cases of extreme water level fluctuation.





The Hexa Tiles (Hexagonal Tiles) cover provides the same advantage as the Armor Balls with the added benefit of increased cover and higher wind resistant. The tiles self arrange to cover up to 95% of the surface area. Like the Armor Balls, the cover allows for mechanical parts. All our equipment is produced with high quality high density polyethylene (HDPE). The expected life time is 25 years.
