Complete knowledge of ELIGIBILITY & BENEFITS. This is not a TRAINING POSITION. This is a floating position and you MUST BE cross-trained in ALL AREAS of Front Office.

Customer service and quality phone etiquette is a MUST and you must be professional at all times.

Computer literacy is required – Med Occur experience is a plus. Bi-Lingual a plus.
