After that, the report will be shown to your opponents and a settlement will try to be negotiated between the parts. In the case that your personal injury claim is accepted by your opponents, you'll then receive 100% of the compensations you asked for and your attorney will get his fee from the opponents. However, in the situation the your claim is denied by your opponents then, your case will have go to court where the last decision will be made by a judge.
