Commercial Airline Travel Is For The Birds

Flying commercially continues to become increasingly more aggravating. Airlines continue to increase ticket prices and add additional charges. At the airport there are numerous delays, checking your luggage, going through security and waiting to board the plane. Despite all of these factors, many people continue to fly commercially without considering the alternatives. If you are one of those people then maybe it is time to look at some of the alternatives to get you to their destination.
1. Rent A Vehicle - If you are traveling regionally, or even further, one option is to rent a vehicle to travel to your destination. While driving will certainly take a little longer then flying, it may not be that much longer. Consider how long it will take you to get to the airport, how long in advance you need to leave to make sure you have enough time at the airport, and all of the delays that are associated with commercial flying. Driving also allows you to take your time, see the countryside around you, and not have to worry about keeping to the airlines schedule instead of your own.
2. Take A Bus Trip - If you are traveling to far to drive by yourself, another option is to purchase a bus ticket. Again, this may take a little more time then flying, but when you are traveling by bus you do not usually have to deal with the delays associated with flying commercially. Taking a bus trip allows you to enjoy your trip, and still see the countryside around you, while not having the responsibility of driving yourself.
3. Enjoy A Train Ride - Traveling across country on a train is a faster option then driving or taking a bus, but it still allows you to enjoy the countryside and relax on your trip. Traveling by train is less expensive then flying commercially, and there are usually less delays which makes this a much more stress free alternative to flying commercially.
4. Charter A Private Jet - Chartering a private jet is the fastest option if you are not flying commercially, and is probably the most comfortable alternative to flying commercially. When you charter a private jet you get to choose when you fly, where you fly from, what airport is the best destination for you, and so many other options that commercial airlines cannot offer you. Chartering a private jet is also a much more convenient way to fly. You don't need to worry about the check-in and security lines associated with flying commercially, which will make for a much more enjoyable flying experience.
Traveling via a rental vehicle, a bus, or a train are great alternatives to flying that allow you to see the country while you travel, and also allow you to avoid the hassle of flying commercially. If you need to fly to your destination then chartering a private jet is a much better alternative to a commercial flight. Private jets provide flexibility and relaxation that flying commercially cannot offer. |
