I am always curious about every thing that interests me, nature scenery, different people, never-seen animal or what ever. So I often go to the photo sharing website to see what happens around world through photos ,it makes things clearer and more impressive. There are a great number of sites which offers such kind of service ,among them are well-known Flickr and Photobucket. You can know how the world is happing at every second , how wonder it is. You can share the picture among your family ,your friends unless he/she gets internet access.

One day , I came across an idea why not sharing my great HD video to my friends. Unfortunately ,the HD video is much bigger than common one, usually takes hours to upload a HD video to youtube , I do not have such a time. I am wondering how about just taking some of nice pictures from video ,then share it online. It is much easier to upload a picture to website than video . I did some research on Google ,finally figure it out. Here is a step by step guide on how to take picture from videos.

Step 1: Download Aiseefort hd video converter, which is a shareware ,allowing for 30-day free use .When the day is expired ,just dump it for another one .Do not worry , there are a lot of such staff online .Most importantly ,this video converter does not leave any watermark on the picture you want to take.

Note：Someone may argue that some media player can do this kind of job, but I have tried windows media player and VLC media player ,neither of them works.

Step 2: install and run the program. When you launch the program , the user interface is quite clear and easy to use. Adding your video file to the program by clicking ‘Add File ’button, locate the video your want to convert.

Step3: when the video was imported successfully ,click the arrow button to start playing video ,just like windows media player. Find the picture you like in the video ,click the pause button to make video playing stop, click 'snapshot’ button to take the picture .The picture will be saved in the format of GIF, JPEG, BMP file extension. And then you can find the picture by clicking the file folder button to browser the picture you just took. Then you  can upload these pictures to online site, sharing it to your family and friend, facebook contactor.
