What's Your Impact (WYI) is looking for creative people with a strong sense of design, keen eye for details and who want to help bring about real change. WYI is an environmental awareness group who's main goal is to inform people about global warming and what they can do about it as individuals.

Job Description:
* Tweak the design of our web sites as well as create mini-sites, flash presentations and other flash enabled content.
* Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible, logical and easy to navigate.
* Create visual concepts that match the message and image of our non-profit organization.
* Design table-less, XHTML, cross browser and code that degrades gracefully.
Job Requirements:
* Background in web/flash design with an advanced knowledge of Flash and Action Scripting as well as a good working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, JavaScript and CSS.
* Experience in image manipulation and/or illustration with advanced knowledge of programs such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or GIMP.
* Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
* Excellent graphic design skills as well as a keen interest in learning new skills and technologies.
* Knowledge of PHP and current SEO techniques would be an asset.
