As I’m passionate about renewable technologies and am working towards the creation of a company that will implement them, I need to find people that are just as passionate about it as I am. While it’s true that the environment is a serious issue, I don’t believe that this will prove to be reason enough for consumers to purchase such technologies. A renewable energy company must be based, first and foremost, on those time honored principals of capitalism that have created the dominance of economic prosperity and wealth that the United States currently enjoys.
At this point, I need sales people, engineers, project managers and people skilled in management. My requirements for employment are simple: desire, dedication, integrity, the ability to work among equals and a willingness to continue learning and developing skills. While experience is important, the characteristics I just mentioned override all other factors. I am creating something that has rarely been seen before and I need the assistance of those who share my vision.
