Transcriptions and/or Article Writing

We need to convert MP3 audio files (recorded during conference presentations) to transcriptions, and then make the transcriptions into articles suitable for a professional journal. Some of the language is technical, but it's fairly manageable for a non-technical person.





I've been paying $55 for the transcriptions (they seem to take about 3 hours) and then $100 for the conversion to an article (5 hours on average). I'd like to try and stay within that budget please.





I have 20-30 of these ready to get started on right now. I'm happy to have you just do the transcriptions, or just the articles, so feel free to indicate that when you reply. The critical thing is that you be reliable and prompt.
