Condo Vista Azul is fully furnished and equipped, located on the second level of a traditional Mexican style building on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Bahia de Banderas. The spacious open terrace gives you a magnificent panoramic ocean/bay view. Enjoy the sunset with a quiet and refreshing breeze only three blocks from the wide and peaceful beaches of Bucerias. This private secure complex has a large swimming pool that connects with the child’s pool for the enjoyment of all the family, surrounded by tropical flowers and gardens. There is a large lovely shaded gazebo beside the pool and is available for grilling, socializing, and relaxing with family and friends. Private secure parking is located in the rear of the complex.
Condo Vista Azul is furnished and decorated in a typical bright Mexican style. The master bedroom features a full size bed, rustic wardrobe with plentiful drawer space, ceiling fan, a/c, full bathroom and an ocean view from your window. The second bedroom has two full size beds, ample closet and storage space, and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar gives you open space for cooking and preparing meals, along with a round dining table. The living room faces the terrace with a constant gentle ocean breeze and sunset view. Included in the unit are television with cable, stereo/radio/cassette/CD, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, toaster, dishes/utensils, pots and pans, purified water system, bottled water and ceiling fans in every room. Our local property manager fluent in English and Spanish is always available for assistance and additional services to enhance your stay.
Activities: The Bucerias area offers an endless variety of activities for everybody to include: swimming, cycling, sport fishing, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, horseback riding, jungles canopying tours, jungle walking tours, evening dinner cruises, tennis, and some of the best golf courses in the country (Four Season Punta Mita, El Tigre, Marina and Vista Vallarta, and Flamingos Golf Course). A walk on the beach is always relaxing. You can walk 15 minutes by the beach or by the cobblestones streets to the Centro of Bucerias, where you’ll find Mexican art crafts and fresh food markets, a quaint plaza with a church, lively musicians, and ice cream vendors.
For dining out you have an excellent variety of restaurants local in the Bucerias area which offer traditional cuisine, seafood, American and Mexican barbecue, and French cuisine. The small groceries stores, pharmacies, and internet cafes are open until late at night.
A very popular location in Bucerias, just 3 short blocks to the beach, great dining, stores, tours, convenience stores open 24 hours, galleries, shops, and local taco stands. Only 20 minutes to the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and 40 minutes to the Famous Downtown Malecon.
