Sous Chef (2nd Shift)

Sullivan University has an opening in the A la Carte Cafe for a Sous Chef. The A la Carte Cafe is located on the Louisville campus. The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing and helping with the production of attractive and wholesome food, directly supervising shift personnel, managing waste and monitoring product inventories. Schedule will be Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 9:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm.
