Our residence based complex management services include; transfers, shuttle services, complex entrance access card, 24 hours security, wireless internet, satellite system, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, fitness center, office cabin, restaurant, service to the properties from the restaurant, landscape gardening, car parking area, transformer, water refinary system, building roofs covered with regional plants.



The deposit for the rentals should be remitted to the bank account. The rental transaction will not be due unless the deposit is transferred. Prices includes A/C electricty and water fees. For cleaning 75 TL will be charged extra. Your deposit shall be repaid to your account at the end of the rental period. Rental fees are per week.
