You will be a key developer on our small engineering team building the next version of our application and infrastructure. We have partnered with one of the leading Agile consulting companies in San Francisco to sharpen and focus our engineering practices, processes and culture as we rapidly build out our new platform. Our culture will be Agile, BDD/TDD, paired-programming, story based requirements, continuous integration and continuous release cycle. Our platform delivers a rich social-video experience to millions of users over the entire spectrum of web and mobile devices.





Ideally, you have 2-3 years minimum experience developing in ROR and experience in the following:

* Test Driven Development

* Pair Programming

* Aggressive Refactoring

* Experience with testing frameworks from rspec and Test::Unit to Selenium and JsUnit

MYSQL

* JavaScript, Flash

* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
