Independently owned and financed by two local moms who are licensed by the state of Massachusetts .
Each formerly worked at other local facilities and have years of experience in preschool teaching and childcare.
They both believe that preschool and childcare is for the teaching and enrichment of students rather than just babysitting
and profit. So they decided to start their own program to fulfill this goal. That is why the facility is large,
yet the enrollment is limited to just 9 or 10 students per class.
At Learning Ladder Preschool & Childcare, we believe childhood is a time like no other. It is a time for exploring, creating, discovering the world
around them, and learning about oneself. It is a time to learn, to blossom, and to be cherished and accepted.
Most importantly, childhood is the time to be a child.
We believe that each child that comes into our program is a unique person with an individual personality, learning style,
and ethnic background. In order for a child to grow, they need to have a positive self image, self esteem, and guidance.
Learning Ladder will offer that guidance for all of the children in our care and promote a positive self image and self esteem.
We will foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of each child by offering challenging play where a child
will learn by being an active participant.
