This comfortable and spacious three-storied villa offers you a great ocean view. Not far away from the center of Patong it is a place where you can relax and enjoy your stay on Phuket Island. Entrance, living room and kitchen are on the top floor. The two main bedrooms on the first floor can be reached by a spiral staircase from the top floor. Both are equiped with king size beds and spacious en suite-bathrooms with hot showers. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with one shared bathroom with hot shower aswell. Each of them has got a queen sized bed and a separate entrance. The villa can be rented entirely or without the bedrooms on the ground floor. The two bedrooms can also bee rented on their own. In case of a partial rental the private swimming pool on the ground floor has to be shared. All three floors have got large terraces to sit on and enjoy the beautiful view over Patong.

Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.





Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.





Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.





Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus 1000 THB processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
