Office Admin/Data Entry
Job Description:
Candidate will be keying invoices directly from a lock box into company data base. Qualified candidates must be able to key stroke 8500 keystrokes per minute, use a scanner and must be very detail oriented. All applicants should be able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and written as they will scan over received payments to Bank customers.
Job Requirements:
-HS diploma or GED
-Type 8500 keystrokes per minute
-Strong work history
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
-Pass a background check and drug screen
-Willing to work on-call
-Flexible schedule
