Seeking CDL-B route drivers for the Landover, MD area!

America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice products is seeking additional CDL B drivers for its Landover, MD area distribution center.  With 58 manufacturing facilities, producing approximately 18,000 tons of ice daily, this national company services customer locations in 31 states and DC.  If you are an experienced commercial driver who takes pleasure in providing high quality service to customers, then this is the position for you.

Great Position

Drivers deliver packaged ice products to various customers, such as, supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, mass merchandisers, drug stores, restaurants, construction sites throughout the Baltimore, MD area. Shifts start at 6:30am with drivers averaging 40+ hours per week. Drivers work 5-6 days per week including possible Saturday or Sunday. Drivers make up to 15-20 stops per shift depending on the route. Drivers are assigned dedicated routes with the ability to accept additional customer deliveries for more pay. Drivers unload using a hand-dolly. Trucks are late model, 24ft straight trucks with automatic or manual transmissions. Uniforms and boot allowance provide by company.

Compensation

Average weekly pay $700.00-$1000.00
