Human Resource Expert

Kcancer, Inc (www.kcancer.com) is looking for a Benefits & Compensation expert as partner to join our fast paced team to design, manage, analyze, interpret and administer benefit plans. At this stage, all partners at Kcancer have full-time employment but are working hard in their spare time to generate revenue for Kcancer. The human resource expert will play a key role in attracting, motivating and retaining talent by awarding company ownship to individuals based on their contribution to success of Kcancer. We are looking for someone who is not seeking instant rewards but who is willing to work for them. Your investment as a partner will not be in money, but in time. You are welcome to have a full-time job and work on this project in your spare time, but understand that we are fast-paced and seeking generating revenue as soon as possible. You will award partial ownership of the company, if you join Kcancer.

The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in teams and achieve results through others; must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity; must have strong leadership; must have strong organizational and project management skills; must demonstrate ability to influence and lead change efforts.
