Director of Health Services

The Director of Health Services oversees and coordinates all medical, dental, nursing, and other health services and programs provided for the residents. Writing and keeping a current job description on each departmental staff member. Consulting with the Administrator and senior management on what staff is needed, and helping in their recruitment and primarily making their selection. The Director of Health Services must possess the qualifications of a Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed by the state.
