This company believes that their success is measured by the success of their contractor partners and they seek to allow them to grow exponentially. They offer the opportunity to become a contractor partner through their personalized independent contractor program, allowing drivers to run their own business enterprise.
Overview
Drivers haul building products, corrugated material insulation and other general commodities. Drivers have a mix of short, regional, and long hauls, averaging 2000-2500 miles per week. Drivers participate in a 6-9 month Independent Contractor training program while employed. After completion of the program drivers become Independent Contractors. Laptop computers provided to all drivers for use during the training program.
Compensation
$0.36 per mile, as company driver
Average $1.65 per all miles, as independent contractor

2 years tractor-trailer experience
