Functions :
Introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks.
Clean and tidy the bar, setup the bar for service, and maintain beverage inventory.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience in a hotel or restaurant
Primary school diploma or above.
Good product knowledge of beverages and bar operations; basic cash handling.
