Responsible to:


A. Timely transcribe dictated Pulmonary reports using the Lanier System in the Chartscript program.


B. Type reports for approximately ten doctors (some of which speak with a foreign accent).


C. Type each report with 95% accuracy and later file in the proper patient folder.


D. Answer telephone calls from patients, potential patients, doctors, and techs.


E. Take meeting minutes for the department
